  • Standard delivery is completed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Express or same-day delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

  • For service-based orders (e.g. installations or site visits), appointments will be scheduled in advance with customer confirmation.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on location, product size/weight, and urgency.

  • Exact delivery fees will be communicated to you at checkout or during order confirmation.

4. Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers will receive a confirmation message or email with estimated delivery time once the order is dispatched.

  • For physical products, a receipt or delivery note will be provided upon handover.

5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, EGYPT TOP LIGHT is not liable for delays due to:

  • Force majeure events (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, road closures)
