For service-based orders (e.g. installations or site visits), appointments will be scheduled in advance with customer confirmation.
Delivery charges vary based on location, product size/weight, and urgency.
Exact delivery fees will be communicated to you at checkout or during order confirmation.
Customers will receive a confirmation message or email with estimated delivery time once the order is dispatched.
For physical products, a receipt or delivery note will be provided upon handover.
